Throwback Thursday: 2012

So here's a new feature. It's going to be kind of like Top Ten Tuesday, but with TIME TRAVELLLLLLLLL

Each week I'll go one more year back into the past and feature one song from the top ten of that week in that year. Make sense? Great. We'll start off easy: 2012.

I'll put the Top 10 songs up and then just put the video and some thoughts about it under the song title where it appears on the list. Of course we'll do it Countdown style.

(Songs that have previously appeared in Top Ten Tuesdays will have links to those posts. This will be the only Throwback Thursday with something like that....I think.)

A pretty good pop song by a pretty good lookin' woman. Can't beat that. I like that this song is a weird kind of sugary sweet that is vastly different in flavor and texture than the song at, say, #1.
