New Countdown: January 2021!

24kGoldn and Iann Diorr

New Countdown!: October 2020

The Killers

Hey everyone! We are blasting towards the end of 2020 and, as you may know, or maybe not, 2021 will bring a switching of source charts for this show! I've been using the Alternative Songs airplay chart for a little over 10 years, but next year we're going to give the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart a shot. It will reflect the airplay as well as the streaming and purchasing of songs. So it'll be more in the hands of the people!

This episode was a lot of fun and it also brought one of my favorite songs of 2020 onto the show!

Enjoy!

Taking Back Sunday

NaNoWriMo continues this weekend! Saturday's episode is all about the songs that were on the Top Ten in April of 2019 and an especially NON-Saturday Artist of the Month. It's a good episode with some new ones as well as some old favorites.

Cage the Elephant

I'm now worried that I spent a lot of this episode referring to it as the February 2019 list. Hopefully not, because NaNoWriMo MARCHES on! (See what I did there?). It's really fun to have given myself a requirement to do these countdowns. I love them a lot. And I hope you do too!

New Countdown!: February 2019

Jars of Clay

It's the beginning of NaNoWriMo and all my friends are busy working on their books, I've decided to publish at least one podcast every day of the month, which basically just amounts to starting to release episodes on the weekends. Which is a good, cool thing because if I keep it up, I'll be caught up by the end of the month!

twentyonepilots. I just realized how appropriate this is for October

Hey. So the last time you heard me on this show, I was talking about switching up the format a little bit to catch up. Well this is the first episode of that and I think it went fairly well. I'm hoping to get these out with a fair amount of regularity, then get back to doing week-by-week. But holding this format in my back pocket if I might need it. Enjoy!
