The first half is a concept album about a journey from childhood to old age. And the second half is stuff that wasn't on the Graduate soundtrack. A pretty fantastic album.
The video is from SNL in 1977, 9 years after the album came out and 7 or so years after S&G broke up. It makes the song super poignant.
