New Countdown: March 2019!

Cage the Elephant

I'm now worried that I spent a lot of this episode referring to it as the February 2019 list. Hopefully not, because NaNoWriMo MARCHES on! (See what I did there?). It's really fun to have given myself a requirement to do these countdowns. I love them a lot. And I hope you do too!

New Countdown: Hip-Hop Influenced Alternative Hits!

Rag'n'Bone Man

There's a point on this countdown where it becomes clear that hip-hop has a big influence on a lot of the songs on the countdown right now. It's super interesting to see and the Artist of the Month highlights that :)

Hello there! We've got a bit of a theme this week, as you'll soon find out! It's a very Jamesey theme, so if you like things that I like, then I think you'll like the theme. Get it? Got it? Good. Let's go!

New Countdown: Two Shall Fall, So That Two May Rise

These post titles are getting slightly biblical lately, aren't they? Weird. Remember when they were, overall, basically just punny? I sure do :)

New Countdown: I'm Still Alive!

Green Day

I don't know what it is, but as I was listening to "Still Breathing" tonight, it really hit me. I'm still here, doing my thing almost 7 years in. And it still feels pretty pure. I don't have a lot of listeners, but I have fun making these and the people that do listen seem to enjoy them and that's really all I can ask for. I love making these shows and I'm just going to keep on doing them for as long as I can. Thanks for listening :)

Now let's get to the music, SHALL WE?!???
